Abstract
This paper is about the design process of the mould for plastic of Coil skeleton. The plastic product uses the compression molding formation method production generally. Usually, the quality of plastic products and the efficiency of producing are greatly depended on the quality of mould. With the wider use of plastic products in electron and machine area and in daily life, the mould for plastic has become important producing technical equipment. Because it plays a more and more important role in national economic development, the mould design has a very practical significance. This mould design, analyzed the technology of Coil skeleton and design in tri-dimension with Pro/E soft firstly, and then designed the injection mould in tri-dimension with computer aided design soft of EMX and AutoCAD. Finally a set of mould with four cavities was designed. This design paper stated the technology analysis of the mould, the equipment and structure of injection mould, the design of mould part and the choice of mould bases. Moreover, this paper emphasized to introduce the design of mould structure and mould parts, such as: feed system; guide outfit; ejection outfit; cooling system; the structure design, size calculation, processing program and so on .
