Design of blanking die for the rear connector
[Abstract] Punching die has been widely used in industrial production. In the traditional industrial production, the worker work very hard, and there are too much work, so the efficiency is low. With the development of the science and technology nowadays, the use of punching die in the industial production gain more attention, Punching die could increase the efficience of production and could alleviate the work burden, so it has significant meaning in technologic progress and economic value, and be used in the industrial production more and more.
The article has carried on the analysis to the work piece blanking technology capability. The article carries on the analysis to the work piece technology capability, thus determination work piece craft plan. The following closely starts this article key design part - - work piece ramming process design and the mold system design.These two parts introduced with emphasis the mold size determination, the craft strength computation, the press choice as well as the mold structure design, each kind of standard letter selection as well as the mold material selects and so on.
