【摘要】冲压工艺是一种应用十分广泛的加工工艺。冲压件在各个行业中均占有相当大的比重,它在航空、汽车、拖拉机、电机电器、精密仪器仪表灯工业占有十分重要的加工地位。据初步统计,仅汽车制造业差不多有60%-75%的零件时采用高压加工工艺制成的。本课题主要讲述了汽车横梁后悬架推力杆的冲压工艺和模具设计的具体步骤。在论文中讲解了冲孔、落料、弯曲等步骤,同时对零件板材的排样,冲压力的计算,模具刃口尺寸的计算等关键问题,都给出了详细了计算过程。本论文还应用到了CAD,UG等软件进行绘图,让本课题更加直观化,立体化,更方便大家了解。

The stamping process and mould design for the beam back suspension track bar of automotive
[Abstract] Stamping process is a kind of very wide application processing technology. Stamping parts in various industries in both occupy a large proportion, in aviation, automobile, tractor, electric appliances, precision instruments, light industry occupies a very important position in the processing. According to preliminary statistics, only the automobile manufacturing industry is almost60%-75% parts using high pressure processing technology. This paper mainly describes the car beam rear suspension thrust rod stamping process and die design of the specific steps. In the paper on the punching, blanking, bending and other steps, at the same time to spare parts plate layout, blanking force calculation, mold edge size calculation of key issues, are given in detail the calculation process. This paper is the application of the CAD, software such as UG, drawing, so that the subject is more intuitive, three-dimensional, more convenient for us to know.
