[Abstract] The brake shoe is an important security of automobile brake parts, generally for casting and welding pieces of two forms.Because the casting has many defects, such as holes, sand, cold shut, shrinkage, crack, and the production cost is higher, so the brake shoe is often used in sheet metal stamping, bending, and welding structure.It consists of brake shoe plate, steel plate, friction sheet and other main parts.In the automobile braking process, the hydraulic system to establish high pressure liquid, the liquid pushes the brake wheel cylinder piston in two opened outwards, so close to the brake wheel cylinder of brake shoe end on both sides to separate, eliminate the brake drum and the friction between the sheets of the reserved clearance, thereby affixed to the brake drum on the inner circle surface, achieve the brake.But the brake shoes wing plate in stamping, bending and welding process, easy bending and welding deformation resilience, thereby making the parts of the actual shape and size and design requirements of difference, influence the braking effect.The brake shoe plate mould was designed and its structure characteristics and technology are analyzed.
