旋钮注射模具设计
【摘要】本文研究旋钮注射模具设计,首先对塑件进行了工艺分析,型腔采用一模三腔的排列方式,推杆采用了侧向延时抽芯机构、整体式侧向型芯和凹模以及镶拼组合式型腔。该研究内容还包括塑料注射模的设计计算,模具结构设计,注射机的选用,浇注系统设计等方面。
在旋钮塑料注射模具设计中。利用Solidworks软件对模具零件进行三维造型并装配,且导出二维工程图,有效提高设计效率,本设计可同时为同类产品注射模具设计做参考。

Design of the injection mould for knob
[Abstract] This paper studies the knob injection mold design, the plastic parts of the process of analysis, the cavity using a mold three cavity arrangement, the push rod adopts a lateral time-delay self-plugging mechanism, integral lateral mold core and the cavity mold and inserting combination cavity. The research contents include plastic injection mold design, mold design, the selection of injection machine, the design of gating system and other aspects.
