The main research in this paper is to switch the enamel process from manual operation to mechanical production. In order to adapt to the productivity improved constantly, a semi-automatic dipcoating device for enamel process is design, so as to boost the productivity. Taking the domestic and foreign status in this industry into account, the foreign products of enamel are in the predominance, while the domestic ones are in a relative difficulty period of adjustment of product structure. Since the supply exceeds the demand in domestic market, and the competition is keen between enterprises, the automatic production is of realistic significance. To begin with, the basics of enamel are required to be know, and then the general structure of the semi-automatic dipcoating device for enamel process is determined. The scheme of the device is based upon the analysis of the general structure, and the theories of the operation、functions and components are explained as well, and then every mechanism is designed separately. The three-phase asynchronous motor is under the control of the enamel dipcoating device through the electrical control system, which drives the gearbox drawing the roller chain of the device,as a result, the whole device is operating. The transmission way and the housing with its components are analyzed briefly, while the gearbox is designed detailedly, and the electrical control system as well as the control part to stir the enemal frit are designed, the semi-automatic semiautomatic dipcoating device for enamel process is finished by integrating the designs of every part.
The purpose of this design is to carry out the complete automatic production, so as to improve the economic benefits of enterprises, and then make the production efficiency of enterprises reach the advanced level.
