Abstract
chamfering machine is used to the rules of the workpiece surface (such as cylindrical, inner hole, waist-shaped hole, etc.) and irregular inside and outside the cavity of the chamfered edge, especially for large parts of the chamfered edges of some songs the general machinery can not be processed, using hand-held circular chamfering machine chamfering the convenient and fast. This is a hand-held circular chamfering machine studies, mainly through the choice of chamfering machine motor, gear selection of the parameters, shaft material strength requirements and so on several aspects of the calculations to determine the feasibility of design, and the to determine the feasibility of the program after the hand-held circular chamfering machine structural design of the compact, lightweight, easy to operate.
