This graduation project pumps take the emulsion as the design object,the primary
mission has two items: The first item the design which isthe emulsion pumps; The second item is the emulsion pumps thetransmission device design. Pumps in the emulsion in the designprocess, according to the known parameter determined various spareparts the structure, and carries on the stress analysis and theexamination to the important components. Draws up the correlationassembly drawing and the important detail drawing. In in thetransmission device design, corrects to the connecting rod andcorrects to the crank involves the massive data, needs the carefulcomputation.
This design, utilizes the knowledge through the synthesis which fouryears institute studies, not only has consolidated the knowledge whichstudies, simultaneously, but also strengthened own to analyze thequestion with to solve the question ability, has built the solidfoundation for the next study and the work.
