Abstract
This paper mainly introduce the development of mould in our country and foreign countries, structure of parts of mould ,and design process of function system .Including process of air ejection system, ejection mould system, structure of slanting pillar ,assemble system ,cooling system.
Because of plastic product special figure, the mould use sub-type tamp-pillar pumping core institution ,which increases the complexity of the structure .The forming of the hole on beside parts use crippling mould and concave mould ,which cleverly solves the problem of side core pulling.
