Abstract
The doubly fed induction machines speed adjustment system has the advantage of good speed adjusting behavior,low harmonic Pollution,high reliability and cheap productive price. Due to these characteristics,it is especially suitable for those situations with high voltage level,High Power and not large speed adjustment range,such as wind machines and pump load. Direct Torque Control (DTC) which was developed rapidly in the middle of 1980’s has been applied to many occasions up to now .It will be very important to apply the idea of DTC to the doubly fed Induction machines speed adjustment.
From the basic principle of the double-fed machine the paper analyses the character of the speed system. Analyze characters of the speed control and the energy flow of the double feedback motor. By the DCT and the coordinate transformation, we present the mathematical modle on the synchronous coordinate. Using the Matlab presents the simulation model of the double-fed machine and analyses the startup character of the double-fed machine.
The DTC experiment hardware system based on DSP is constructed, which is composed with two main parts, the controlling circuit (TMS320F2812) and the inverter circuit (IGBT)IPM driving circuit and trigger circuit. Combine DSP characters designs current detection; DC voltage detection; speed detection; design of serial communication interface and reset circuit, clock circuit, auxiliary power supply and so on.
In the basis of theoretical analysis,Matlab is used to do simulation research of the designed the doubly fed induction machines.The simulation results show that the scheme is correct principle.
