Abstract
Faced to the problem of the energy sources shortness and environment pollution, hybrid electric vehicle, an intergraded-vehicle between custom engine vehicle and electric vehicle, has become hot point of the global automobile industries research and development because of its theoretic feasible and unique technical advantages. However, evaluating and improving HEV performances, especially dynamic and economical performance, not only needs theoretic simulation but also needs vast test datum analyzing. And vehicle battery, as one of the two HEV energy sources, is always the feeble section of the HEV, because performance difference of the each battery module in series directly affects the whole performance of the battery group and HEV.
This text focus on the parallel hybrid electric vehicle power conversion electronics system design, because only the simulation analysis, the paper battery in the choice of the characteristics of a typical lead-acid batteries for analysis and simulation, Text used in hybrid vehicles for the electronic power conversion system design problems were studied. The topologies of single directional DC/DC converter are analyzed at the first part of this thesis, and three topologies of non-isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter are listed. Through detailed analysis and compare of these four topologies, the topology of the bidirectional Half-Bridge Converter is selected as the topology of bidirectional DC/DC converter. This text also include three-phase inverter on the design and analysis, compared the various control methods to determine the choice of SPWM wave as the control signals given. Also includes switching device comparison and choice, as a final option of using IGBT inverter switching devices. Papers also under bi-directional DC/DC converter and the three-phase inverter design requirements, the use of simulation software MATLAB/ simulink the establishment of a bi-directional DC/DC converter and the three-phase inverter simulation model simulation results show that the theoretical analysis and Calculation is correct.
