ABSTRACT
In this paper, a distributed computing environment to resolve the computing problem in computational biology is carried out. It is important to construct a distributed computing environment in computational biology for the complexity of computational biology. Thus we can take full advantage of computational resource in network and minimize the Calculating time. The concept of distributed computing also has important applications in other engineering computation.
Multiple systems in distributed computing as well as the interface of biology algorithm has been realized in this design .The socket in java was used to achieve the connecting of computers in Computing environment at discretion . Computing assignment has been accomplished. The self-defining classLoader in java actualize the interface of biology algorithm. One of the characteristics of this design is that the algorithm of computational biology can be offered to computing environment as a file, then computing environment makes it run until the completing of the mission.
In the paper, we introduce background elementary knowledge of java language, multithreading and algorithm and distributed computing involved in the algorithm accomplished, dissertate on the design philosophy, data structure and the realization of the algorithm, and supply the realization of the key concept. We also verify and analyse the experimental result further basing on the initiation background, main research contents and the current study situation of distributed computing both at home and abroad. The realization of the algorithm introduce how to use multithreading to achieve multiple computing systems, and how to use the classLoader to realize the interface of algorithm.
