Abstract
With the development of the technology of Internet and Intranet, the application, which based on Web, has been widely used in all kinds of fields. Enterprises could quickly realize information collection, issuance, storage, management and communication. However, as the level of companies’ informatization, integration and application’s interoperability becomes more and more higher than before, the popular develop platforms of Web application programmes have been not met with the companies’ need of development at present time.
This paper introduces a deep research about the questions emerged from the process of enterprises’ integration with develop platform based on Web nowadays. It also brings up the technology of XML, which has some specialty, such as normative, self-descriptiveness, flexibility of data description and so on. We apply XML in the Web develop platform to answer the questions and put up a platform which is named scientific and technological work management platform based on XML and .NET. It improves the traditional three layer based on Web application, the traditional was replaced by a new construction by widely using XML between layers in it. In this paper, we concretely introduce the principle of technology of XML and how to deal with the problems in traditional platform through the XML, such as data share, the application which crosses the platform, extensibility and improvement of Server capability. The paper is divided into four parts at the principle of need of system analysis and design, the first part presents that problems brought up by the users and how to deal with the problems, most of them challenge the development of the scientific and technological work management platform based on Web, the second part is composed with the primary knowledge of XML, which includes criterion of XML, construction and application system of XML, it also covers the application of .NET which has intensive relationship with XML, the third is the design of the scientific and technological work management platform based on Web,namely, the methods that how to find proper ways to build the platform and do the research about the theory of Web Services and software reuse which is the focus in current computer science research, the last part is about the realization of the system, we prove the results of our research work by the examples.
