Abstract
This thesis is written in five chapters to introduce the frame of hardware control algorithm and the run results of a set of servo system in attached project .The main aim is to introduce a kind of high performance real-time digital servo controller .It combines the three-mode control and dynamical fuzzy neural network control and improves the tracking accuracy of system and expends the control algorithm in servo system.
In the first chapter, the background of this thesis, the improvement of neural network, fuzzy logic and fuzzy neural network, the performance required for the servo system, the theory and frame of the servo system are introduced.
In the second chapter, it introduced the spread to feel machine.
In the third chapter, the relationship between all of the hardware of this servo system and the method of using all the hardware are introduced
In the fourth chapter, the frame and theory of intelligence control, fuzzy logical are introduced.
The main content of the fifth chapter is to introduce a new type dynamical fuzzy neural network controller (DFNN).It synthesizes the fuzzy logic, recurrent neural network and PID controller naturally .The requirements of highly stable accuracy .Good robust and practical algorithm for the servo controller is guaranteed by DFNN.
