Abstract
Investment projects refer to investors at a certain period of time the new, expansion, alteration, restoration of a project by an investment activity. In addition investment in public works projects the size and complexity of the growing, showing a long cycle and high investment, the internal organization of complex features, in the implementation process there will be a large number of random interference factors, resulting in higher risk projects.
