关于广宇房地产集团筹资风险及对策研究

摘要
 摘要内容:筹资风险是企业筹资过程中的一个重要问题,应对是否恰当直接影响到企业未来的收益状况。企业筹资风险的形成是多种因素作用的结果。企业在筹集资金时要选择合理的方案,达到既降低资金成本,又将风险控制在可接受的范围内的目的。
 本文是在明确筹资风险内涵的基础上，首先对筹资及筹资风险的理论加以阐述，并且对筹资的相关概念，筹资风险的内容进行了系统分析；其次，对筹资风险的国内外现状，存在问题等方面进行深入分析，强化对筹资风险的认识；最后，从广宇集团的经营状况出发，针对其面临的筹资风险问题，以筹资的基本理论为指导，提出相应的解决对策。

ABSTRACT
Summary of contents :Financing risks is an important enterprise financing process, enterprises should directly affect the appropriateness of future revenue position. Enterprise funding is a risk factor for multiple roles. Enterprises in raising funds to choose reasonable options to achieve both lower the cost of capital, also in the context of acceptable risk control in the end.  
This is a clear risk funding on the basis of content, financing and funding for the first theory to explain the risks and related to the financing concept, the content of the financing risk analysis; Secondly, the risk of funding and the status quo, in-depth analysis of problems, and strengthen awareness of the risks of financing; Finally, Guangyu Group starting from the operation against the risks it faces funding problems to financing basic theory as a guide, make corresponding solutions.
