ABSTRACT
With the change of the external environment condition，especially the progress of the economy and science and technology, enterprises face various kinds of pressure，for example，shortening delivery time，improving product quality, lowering costs and improving serving etc．Enterprise must concentrate strength on one’s own key competitiveness，abandoning that kind of management mode that enterprise take charge of by own from design to manufacture，until sale．Then，enterprise outsides non—core business，setting up the best partnership relation，and form a kind of long—term strategic alliance with supplier and seller, building the interests community with them，carrying on supply chain manage．
The purpose of this paper is to study the problem about how to select the supply chain partners． First, to supplies the chain partner the correlation theories to conduct the elaboration research, and proposes the construction supply chain partner appraisal target choice system principle.
