Abstract
Tao Yuanming is one of the most outstanding goets in ancient times of China，“the idyll” initiated the first ancestor. Tao Yuanming opened the new domain of poetry theme by its light nature plain style，he insisted on its own natural disposition to，unable to returne to native place. All the time，the research on his returning has became the key points of studying the Tao Yuanming's literature，regarding the options of his returning have always been widely divided，this article will analyse Tao Yuanming’s life experience to seek for the root cause of Tao Yuanming's returning to native place，pointed out that Tao Yuanming's living in seclusion is that he walked one path which did not cooperate with the government at that time，was one kind of resistance to the darkness of bureaucracy.
