关于我国中小企业融资难的原因和对策的问题探讨

摘要
根据2007年新华社公布的数据，当前我国中小企业已超过1000万家，占到企业总数的99% ，其总产值占到全国的60% 左右，对国民经济的贡献率不断上升，特别是在扩大就业、满足居民多样化和个性化需求，进行技术创新等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。但作为经济社会中最活跃力量的中小企业占有的金融资源却不足20% ，中小企业融资难已成为中小企业发展中的突出问题，成为阻碍中小企业发展的瓶颈，并且制约着经济社会的发展。分析这一问题出现的原因，借鉴国外先进经验，找到符合我国国情的解决途径势在必行。

Abstract
   Data which the Xinhua News Agency announces according to 2007, the current Our country Small and medium-sized enterprise has surpassed 10,000,000, occupies to the total number of enterprises 99%, its total output value occupies about national 60%, rises unceasingly to national economy's technical progress factor, specially in the job enlargement, the satisfied resident diversification and the personalized demand, carries on aspects and so on technological innovation to play day by day the vital role. But takes the financial resources which in the economic society the most active strength's small and medium-sized enterprise holds actually insufficient 20%, the small and medium-sized enterprise finances difficultly to become in the small and medium-sized enterprise development the prominent question, becomes hinders the small and medium-sized enterprise development the bottleneck, and is restricting economic society's development. Analyzes reason which this question appears, profits from the overseas advanced experience, found conforms to our country national condition key to the situation to be imperative.
