Abstract:Real estate programs have the characters of large investment, high uncertainty, high developing and managing risks, therefore, the scientific and logical feasibility study is the premise of controlling investment risk and ensuring rational development. Based on the method of feasibility study and the economic evaluation theory, this article conducted feasibility study on the real estate programs in Yanji City of Jilin Province with reference to related articles and research documents at home and abroad, hoping to promote the rational real state development and the scientific investment decision of enterprises. Main content: Bringing forward the feasibility research system to analyze the basiccondition and character of the real estate program in the Xuefu Community. Estimating the recent future supply-demand trend of the real estate market in Yanji City based on the research of the entire economy and real estate Industry. Using comprehensive analysis to evaluate and choose the developing project. Estimating the total investment and sales income of the drafted program, conducting the economic, financial evaluation and uncertainty analysis, identifying the noticeable points and finally reach a profitable and workable conclusion.
