ABSTRACT
Salary is the enterprise attract talents and inspire, stable potential primary mechanism of talent, is to enhance the mainspring of enterprise performance. In staff's mind, the salary is not only their own labor income, to a certain extent, it represents the staff own value, enterprise staff's approval, even still represents staff personal ability and development prospects. In social market economy environment, the state-owned enterprise salary distribution system through many transformation, this paper analyzes the present state-owned enterprise salary distribution system still existing problems, and puts forward the solutions.
