Smal and medium-sized enterprise ERP project management method
ABSTRACT
At present, our country is vigorously promote enterprise informatization construction, as a kind of modern management thoughts contains the ERP system becomes the modern enterprise operation are the main tools. In order to promote the management level and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, in some strength strong businesses into ERP, small and medium-sized enterprises want to try. They want to pass ERP management system to improve their management level and core competitiveness .However, ERP implementation rate of objectivity illustrates the ERP implementation of small and medium-sized enterprises face greater risks. Through analysis of understanding ERP system,ERP project management, simultaneously according to own characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in China , focuses on the analysis of current our country enterprise ERP project management method, in view of the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, and finally puts forward to improve solution predict the ERP project management method in the Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise application prospect.
