上市商业银行竞争力综合评价
摘要

 金融是国民经济的命脉。随着全球经济一体化的深入，我国银行不仅要面对着国内银行的竞争，还要面临资本更雄厚、制度更强更优秀的国外银行的挑战。我国商业银行必须要增强自身的市场竞争的优势，培育自己的核心的竞争力。本文主要研究的就是上市商业银行竞争力综合评价。本文首先提出了竞争、竞争力的基本概念，阐述了商业银行竞争力基本概念和特征，并且详细的分析了商业银行竞争力的内涵。然后阐述了商业银行竞争力的评价指标，主要从盈利性指标、流动性指标、安全性指标、成长性指标和市场占有能力指标来等方面来进行分析，并且对上市银行的竞争力进行评价分析，阐述了综合评价的概念，主要进行实证评价研究，选取了10家上市银行作为研究的样本，对我国上市商业银行的经营绩效进行了综合评价，并对评选的结果进行说明。最后，主要针对上述研究，对我国上市商业银行竞争力提出提升的对策。

Abstract                                        

     Finance is the lifeblood of the national economy.With the deepening global economic integration.China's banks not only face competition from domestic banks,also face capital more abundant,the system stronger and more excellent foreign banks challenge.China's commercial banks have to enhance their competitive advantage and foster the competitiveness of their core.This paper is the study of the competitiveness of listed commercial banks evaluation.This article in the competition and competitiveness of the basic concepts, the basic concepts and commercial banks competitive features and detailed analysis of the business the bank so the competitiveness of the commercial banks. then the competitiveness of appraisal target,target from for-profit mobility, security, indicators and growth target and the market has a capacity for indicators to come to market analysis and evaluation of the bank of competitive analysis, comprehensive evaluation of the concept mainly on the empirical evaluation and research and select 10 out of the public as the sample to our market performance and commercial bank management of a comprehensive evaluation and selection of the outcome of the explanation. finally, the main directed against the above research in china on commercial banks to raise the competitiveness of countermeasures
