SMEs funds shortage,the causes and countermeasures of research
ABSTRACT
In market economy, SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) occupy tide of barcap status. SMEs in the development of economics occupied an important position in theories and the efficacy of forms already identity of views and for all countries take seriously. Worldwide, SMEs provide jobs of 80%. Since the 1990s, SMEs in China's estimated that it has created nearly three-fourths of the urban employment opportunities, and for GDP contributed one half multiplications share. SMEs in promoting employment growth, science and technology progress, the transfer of rural surplus labor force, increasing exports and growth economy plays a very important role in our country. Promoting further optimization of industrial structure will also play a bigger role. But SMEs funds shortage has been a major problem of our country and even the world, difficulty in financing often is the main obstacle to start a new business, but also affects the enterprises for the further development of the "bottleneck", its reason is various. This paper first analyzes the SMEs financing situation at home and abroad, and then explores the financing difficulties of SMEs reason, finally discusses effective ways of financing SMEs, and put forward corresponding countermeasure, with its accelerate smes to rapid development, expanded gradually, and for formulating conform to SMEs in China characteristics of policies and measures, providing theoretical basis.
