Problem and optimization of capital structure of China's state-owned enterprises
Abstract Capital structure refers to the various capital composition of enterprises and their proportional relations, which is an important index reflecting the corporate finance, an important scale enterprises to evaluate debt-paying ability,and an important basis testing enterprise financial risk as well. Capital structure of China's State-owned enterprises is affected by the larger macro-policy factors. The macro-policy environment must be analyzed and investigated to optimize the capital structure of China's state-owned enterprises. Meanwhile, it is necessary to investigate its microscopic environment due to its own motion laws and theory. Therefore, in order to find and solve the problems of the capital structure existing in the state-owned enterprises and optimize the capital structure of state-owned enterprises, the current situation of the structure of the state-owned enterprise capital should first to be knew, identified and analyzed.
