E-commerce and Supply Chain Management as two “edge tools” that raised the competitiveness of enterprises, permeate each other in the course of practicing, the trend that mutually combines. E-commerce paves the way for effective integration of intra-enterprise supply chain and for enterprises on the supply chain to pay close attention to the cultivation of one's own key competitiveness so as to achieve the goal of improving enterprise’s competitiveness in an all- round way. So it is a tendency for enterprises to introduce the integrated supply chain management under the environment of E-commerce.
This article mainly studies the integrated supply chain management under the E-commerce environment and the methods of realizing it, by analyzing the problems of the home-electricity enterprise, which implements integrated supply chain management and gives some advices. This paper firstly describes some of the basic knowledge of E-commerce and supply chain management; The second part introduces the way to integrated supply chain management and the necessity of the home-electricity enterprise, which implements integrated supply chain management; The third part analyses the problems that the home-electricity enterprise with integrated supply chain management is facing; The fourth part gives some suggestions for the home-electricity enterprise implementing integrated supply chain management; The fifth part analyses Haier’s integrated supply chain management model.
