电子商务环境下的江西邮政物流发展分析

摘   要

    近几年来，随着电子商务的蓬勃发展，物流在社会经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色。江西邮政物流是江西物流行业的重要组成部分，如何在新形势下发挥自身优势，向社会提供优质、经济、高效的的物流服务，是一个亟待解决的重要课题。
本文主要针对江西邮政发展电子商务物流进行可行性分析，并对其如何选择和制定发展战略进行了研究，旨在寻求一条适合江西邮政电子商务物流发展的道路。其主要内容一共分为四部分，首先，对电子商务和物流的概念做了一个简单的概括；其次，从必要性、有利条件、效应分析三个方面对江西邮政发展电子商务物流作可行性分析；再次，利用SWOT工具，对江西邮政发展电子商务物流的战略选择进行探讨；最后，提出了江西邮政发展电子商务物流过程中可能遇到的问题及相应的对策。

Abstract

Nowadays, with the development of E-commerce, logistics plays an increasingly important role in the social economy. As a very important part of the logistics industry in Jiangxi, the post logistics still face many problems such as how to take advantages of Jiangxi post and extensive restructuring, as well as offering high-quality, cheap and efficient express service, all the problems urgently need to solve.
In order to find a suitable way for developing the post logistics, the paper analyses the present situation of Jiangxi logistics. First, it introduces the relationship between E-commerce and logistics; Second, the feasibility of developing E-commerce logistics is analyzed from three aspects; Third, it discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangxi post E-commerce logistics by using the tools of SWOT; Finally, the paper put forward a solution according to the problems in the developing process.
