Along with the technology of information, especially the Internet technology shifted with a high speed of development in the world wide，the form of the government management changed a lot, so that the electronic government affairs emerged with the tide of the times. Electronic governmental affairs in china obtained some achievement in several years. But it developed unbalance. Electronic governmental affairs in the east region develop quickly and the level is high, but in the Mid-west region, the electronic governmental affairs develop slowly, the level is low.
Firstly, this article briefly introduces the management of the government, the Parkinson's Law, the concept and the advantage of the electronic government affairs; secondly, analyzed the present conditions and the existing problems of the electronics government affairs in The City of Guiyang, gives some advices, such as: union the leadership of organization and integrate the resource of information; cultivate the special talented person and so on. What must be trusted is that the electronic government affairs of Guiyang will have a bright future under the correct leadership of Guiyang government and the residents of Guiyang will enjoy the convenience and benefit in the tide of information.
