Electronic business has already been the main economic form in the twenty first century, and it had been the most important power and instrument of impulse society, life and culture.
This theme mainly analyzes the development and innovation of B2B model in electronic business environment. First, the theme explain the reasons why B2Bmodel being absolutely dominant position in all of EC model, especially global 3C develops to intergrading economy which faces four markets, B2B electronic business becomes an important tool. But because electronic economy is not mature, B2B electronic business’s development also facing huge pressure. Of course, influencing its factors is variety.
