The culture carries the vehicle of the social economy. Each growth of the cultural value in the economy is playing the fundamental role, while the economy growth is only the way. The Chinese traditional culture mainly manifests in: agricultural, clan law and strategic, which has had the conflict to innovative, equivalent as well as honest credit principle emphasized by electronic commerce.
This paper includes three parts, and plans to solve the problem of the amalgamation of our country’s traditional culture and electronic commerce. First, through the introduction of the Chinese traditional culture and electronic commerce, this paper enumerates the main character of them. Second, by putting forward the conflict between the Chinese traditional culture and the electronic commerce, this paper analyses how the conflict affects the development of electronic commerce and the positive condition and the barrier of our country’s development of electronic commerce. And finally, in view of our country’s present situation, the author proposes some series measures of the amalgamation of our country’s traditional culture and electronic commerce.
