Recently,service trade is developing quickly, and some countries,especially developed countries,have paid attention to it,so that education service trade is becoming an important new field of international trade. And Zhejiang Provincial higher education service trade is faced with huge challenge, since China has become the member of WTO.
This paper tends to illustrate higher education service trade by using the logic and connotation of the classic Comparative Advantage Theory to link the traditional merchandise trade theory and theory of higher education service trade. And the essential factors of comparative advantage of higher education service trade should contain factor endowments, technical factors, consumer preference, educational supply and the effects of policy on the market,etc. It tries to establish a new analysis by setting up an evaluation index and system of Zhejiang Provincial higher education service trade, and hope that it will direct the practice of Zhejiang Provincial higher education service trade.
