Environmental protection and sustainable economic development become the focus of the world,it is a trend that the environmental resource will taken into the economic development. And because of the limitations of the traditional GDP index couldn’t reflect the negative impacts of society and economy developments on nature resources and environment qualities faithful. So the Green GDP was come into being. Green GDP accounting system without disrupting the existing GDP accounting model and the framework, it brings the environmental resources accounting in,and turn into a new accounting model and the framework.This article from connotation of the Green GDP , discuss the accounting system.Also,the status of research and application in home and abroad，the difficulty and the application prospect of green GDP accounting system were analyzed．
