The Analysis of International Market Expansion Strategy in Zhejiang's Export-oriented Enterprises
ABSTRACT
Since reform and opening up over the past 20 years, the export-oriented enterprises of Zhejiang have got a rapid development. However, the current export-oriented enterprises in the province have a low share on the international market, opening up the international market has also encountered some problems, just like risk aversion, export products variety, fewer high-tech industries to go abroad and so on. This paper presents a analysis of international market expansion strategy in Zhejiang's export-oriented enterprises, so that the export-oriented enterprises of our province can formulate various response measures when opening up the international market, and avoid unnecessary losses caused by blind investment.
