Through the analysis of the online-shopping of the E-commerce, especially, the B2C and C2C in the online-shopping from which we can predict the scale of the development prospects of China's E-commerce. Under the influence of the economic crisis of 2008, the transaction volume of the online-shopping increased to 128.5%. It gives the sharp contrast to the downturn macro-economic and the downturn confidence of the market.
However, all of these forecast data show the prospects for the development of E-commerce is uncertain. We can not ignore the problems of E-commerce which is the key of the E-commerce how to face these problems, how to solve these problems. Through the analysis of these issues, we make the corresponding countermeasures; these measures will provide reference and recommendations for the development of China's e-commerce
