This paper bases on the analysis of the situation and solution of human resource management in Zhejiang private enterprises, and points out that although more and more human resource management with emphasis on private enterprises, how to achieve effective management of human resources is more, however, The concept put forward today to continue tracking the introduction of international theory of human resources management in Zhejiang private enterprises is the only thing in recent years.
