In recent years, developed countries continue to set up trade barriers, especial the green barriers on Chinese textile export to restrict Chinese textile exports to protect domestic markets and the textile industry. In developed countries, a series of environmental law, green bills, green certification, green packaging, green and insurance standards constantly been enacted. But in developing countries, the law system of the green trade barriers is insufficient, and they lack certain coordination in the trade process.
Under this background, Wenzhou in which the apparel industry is developed is facing enormous challenges。As one of the four pillar industries, Wenzhou’s apparel industry occupies an important position in China's textile exports. This paper discusses how to avoid such a recessive trade war, and the way of Wenzhou apparel industry.
