2008 financial crisis on Traditional Chinese SMEs is a traditional big blow, no cases of chemical fiber industry. In this paper, Tong Kun Group is a representative of Zhejiang chemical fiber enterprises , for example, its primary business is worse under the financial crisis ,but it got a lot of profit in real estate.When its primary business has not changed,it succeed in transformation firstly.The article including the SWOT theory and basic transformation theory . The article studys transformation and development about the company which under financial crisis,and studys the reason and risk of its transformation.Italso does analysis about transformation of Tongkun group.Finally,taking Tongkun for example,hope this article will be valuable to the company in the financial crisis and give help to their transformation and development.
