Today, China has joined in WTO; enterprises have to face competition in the domestic market as well as in international market, so competition strategy appears to be particularly important. Only after setting down suitable strategy for competition can an enterprise win advantages in the fierce market competitions, and obtain benefits to survive.
This paper introduces the development and evolvement of competitive strategy theory, and emphasizes on the general analysis of the inside and outside elements of Ningbo Hongni Family Drygoods Co., Ltd and put forward suitable strategic solutions for market competition for Ningbo Hongni Family Drygoods Co., Ltd. This paper indicates to enlighten similar enterprises the way to establish suitable strategy for market competitions.
