中国作为全球最大的纺织品进口国和出口国,随着ATC[](Agreement on Textiles and Clothing)取消后,中国的纺织品出口较快增长,这引起了欧美等国家对中国纺织品采取紧急设限措施。文章在介绍了中国纺织业现状的基础上,分析比较了ATC终止前后,中国纺织业发生的变化,出现了新的问题。着重分析了ATC终止后,纺织品行业面临的机遇与问题及其成因,并从政府和企业两个方面提出了相应的对策,提出在发挥纺织品行业比较优势的基础上,有步骤地鼓励和引导部分有条件的企业进行跨国经营和产业转移,并注重推行品牌战略,促进中国纺织品行业的可持续发展。

ABSTRACT
China as the world's largest textile importing and exporting countries, After the ATC cancel, China's textile export growth rapidly, which has aroused Europe and the United States countries to take emergency safeguard measures on Chinese textile products. The article introduction the Chinese textile industry situation, comparative and analysis the starting and termination of the ATC, China's textile industry has been changed, and emergence new problems. Analyzed after ATC termination, the textile industry should face the opportunities and problems and their causes, also from the government and enterprises this two part to advance corresponding countermeasures, on the basis of comparative advantage to play the textile industry, step by step to encourage and guide the part of a Conditions transnational enterprises and industrial shift, and focus on the implementation of brand strategy, to promote China's textile industry sustainable development.
