ABSTRACT
Since 20centry 90s the world economy is developing fiercely. The cross-border activity is also very intense, The cross-border merge become a important mode for the contemporary company expanding on world, and is one of the most main mode of the foreign direct investment flowing. However, many companies take part in cross-border merge, but the result is not ideal. A lot of case is not successful. For this fact, lots of scholars study the failure reasons. This paper is basis on the many scholars discussing. It analyzes the process of cross-border merge and discover a important problem to face up. The problem is present the culture difference and the culture conflict in the different countries. The different countries of culture difference and culture conflict may be result in the culture conflict for the merging company or could carry some new value. On the basis of the failure companies analyzed, we can find that many companies failure due to the different culture of integration is fail. This paper expound the existing side of the cross-border corporation of culture conflict, the model of the cross-border corporation integration, the mode of the cross-border corporation of culture integration. In addition, by the true case ,I analyze that the above solution to culture integration is practicable.
