THE STUDY FOR THE INCENTIVE SYSTEM OF ZHEJIANG SME
Abstract:
With the development of the economy, the status of the small and medium-sized enterprise become higher and higher. And Zhejiang Province is the small and medium-sized enterprise development quick area, but talented person's flowing is frequent. How detained the talented person is all enterprise issue of concern, staff incentive has become the very important factor. Nowadays, the staff incentive system for the SME exists some problems. As a leader of the enterprise must abide by certain principles to develop the system, use multiple incentive policies, for different employees in different ways. So that employees have a sense of belonging, loyalty to the enterprise, to achieve the objective of incentive.
