As a region of Rapid development of export-oriented economy, the export-oriented economy of Jinhua City has changed dramatically in three decades of reform and opening up. Jinhua has typical industrial clusters, such as Yiwu small commodity market, Yongkang hardware industrial clusters. Export-oriented economy led to the rapid development of the local economy. This dissertation has an empirical analysis on Jinhua’s export-oriented economy by summarizing the data. Based on summing up the development of export-oriented economy ,We conclude upgrading export-oriented industrial is the key factor to enhance the economy of Jinhua. Through a variety of measures to achieve industrial upgrading, Jinhua’s export-oriented economy enhances its competition. First of all, from the industrial structure, the situation of import and export foreign trade, the dependence on foreign trade ,the foreign investment in Jinhua’s export-oriented economy on a fundamental analysis. Secondly, from the changes in industrial structure of foreign trade, a comparative analysis of competitive foreign trade of industrial ,and Jinhua’s advantage and disadvantage analysis of foreign trade industry to analysis the structure and the of competitiveness of Jinhua’s industry. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis derived from the development of export-oriented economy we know the shortage of the economy and bring out the countermeasures and suggestions so to make Jinhua’s export-oriented economy to a high level.
