During recent years, with the development of economy and the rise of people’s living standard, China’s real estate business has made tremendous progress. It has become one of the pillar industries for national economies and the prices of commercial housing, housing structures and standards have become one of the focuses of the Chinese people and have a direct impact on people’s everyday life .
The real estate on Hangzhou has drawn increasing attention. This thesis starts with basic concepts of real estate business, the features of real estate market operation.Then, in this article we collected a large amount of data to illustrate supply and demand status and price fluctuation in the real estate market of Hangzhou through various channels, this paper demonstrates the real estate is exsiting bubble to use model and evidence, such as: demonstrate the real estate of Hangzhou has high housing price-income ratio beyond the prescribed critical value. And it will analysis the reason of the real estate bubble. Finally, this paper set up some countermeasures to keep a healthy real estate in Hangzhou .It Include: monetary policy and industrial policy, etc.
