ABSTRACT
With the integration with the global economy, tariff barriers and traditional non tariff barriers are constantly falling; at the same time, as the environment is becoming more and more worse, People are more concerning about their life environments. And also adding the developed countries enthusiastically adopt the trade protection strategy, so the green trade barriers are producing naturally.
Tea is the one of biggest export agricultural product in China, Zhejiang province is the most important tea export province in china. However the exporting of tea products has been seriously influenced by green trade barriers in the recent years. The competitive advantage (source and price) are no longer obvious before .the situation of exporting is not optimistic. Only by positively reacting to the green barriers, fostering competitive advantage and updating the international competition can Zhejiang realize the sustainable development of its tea products export.
The paper firstly put forward the purpose of research about a study on the impact of green barriers on Zhejiang's tea export and the strategic measure. Next on the basis of its backgrounds, definition ,represent forms, basic characters and related theories research，analysis the situation of Zhejiang's tea export and characters, Then based on the main Problems existing in Zhejiang tea product export and the reasons of suffering the green barrier, which bring the dual influence on Zhejiang tea export from green trade barrier. And at last based on the theory of "diamond model", put forward the countermeasures against the green trade barriers.
