Abstract
Since 2008 by the American sub-loan crisis of the economic crisis, Express swept through the international financial markets, evolved into a global financial crisis, a noticeable decline in the world economy and thus make it developed almost the whole country into a recession. At the same the world economy increasingly close contact conditions, the impact on China's economy become more and more. Since the world financial crisis on China's PE industry has a greater impact. Therefore, the polyethylene industry how to face the financial crisis, as well as how to implement effective measures to improve the situation of economy we need to further thought.
