Abstract
It is an urgent problem for personnel departments how to innovate a brand-new work mechanism and administrate personnel data efficiently in order to serve economy and society better and meet the needs of social development. However, the traditional way of personnel administration is so out-of-date and behindhand as to lack a real-time and convenient platform for work, communication and service. Therefore in the process of our daily work and personnel administration occur such problems as backward recording methods, the difficulty in replacing and storing original data and its back-up as well as the low efficiency of its inquiry and so on.
This software system making use of mature information technology(example:WEB、IIS、asp) is suitable for the administration system of Personnel Department of Dangtu, mainly consisting of such sections as maintenance and administration of enterprise recruitment, personal job-hunting and personnel deputation.
