Abstract
Judicial interpretation of China's legal system is an important part. At present, the adjustment in social relations, guiding the people's courts at all levels of China's judicial work, strengthening the socialist legal system building and has a very important role. As China's social and economic development, all kinds of new social relations will continue to emerge, the original law can not be foreseen and adjusted by the emergence of new social problems, and these social problems can be solved one of the effective ways is the use of judicial interpretation . Therefore, the study of China's judicial interpretation, in particular a correct understanding of China's judicial interpretation and understanding of the reasonableness of the problem is of great significance. This paper is divided into three parts.
