Abstract
Human rights are as a people should enjoy the right.In today's society，The globalization of human rights protection has become a world trend.The protection of human rights is different from the globalization of human rights globalization，it is the system of human rights dimension of globalization.Globalization is not only reflected the protection of human rights for the globalization of human rights standards，for the protection of human rights reflects the globalization of the main，the diversity of human rights enforcement mechanism.The protection of human rights of globalization facing global security and the domestic jurisdiction of the conflict,is also faced with the universality of human rights and country-specific circumstances of the special nature of the conflict.The protection of human rights in order to solve the problems facing the globalization，should properly in the protection of human rights in the process of globalization focus on due process，properly handle the relationship between human rights and sovereignty，to resolve human rights and cultural diversity of relations.
