Explore of the administrative relations between institution of higher learning and students
Abstract
The last few years of the 20th century,China's public institutions of higher learning, experience and practice in the state of education management, investment, students, school management, teaching and research, graduate employment aspects of the reform measures, at the same time, facing directly initiated mainly by students of the legal challenge. Launched extensive litigation practice has aroused widespread concern, but also makes the case we can not help thinking behind the question, academia and the judiciary have caused on the related issues of theory. This article mainly for college students and the relationship between the executive was discussed. College students and the legal relationship between how in the end, the legal relationship between the two on the position and how, how to solve China's colleges and universities and among students of legal disputes and contradictions in the relations between the two, are the main paper content.
