Abstract
After the jurisdiction revolution of more than twenty years, the condition of the rule of law has greatly developed in China. However, the Judge Law in our country puts in claim for new judges is low-level, education background is unreasonable, project of Jurisdiction Examination is not scientific, Judge Selection and Appointment System is exorbitantly political zed, appointing procedure is not completed, and judge training system is stylized, as a result, there is no Judge Selection and Appointment System which corresponds to the occupational characteristics of judge has been established yet. Hereby, I advance some suggestion on how to perfect Judge Selection and Appointment System in China, for example, reexamine the quality of new judge, perfect system of the National Uniform Jurisdiction Examination, build up self-systematical Judge Selection and Promotion System (settle specialized Judge Selection and Appointment Committee), strictly normalize the judge appointment procedure, perfect Ex-training System including training both for taking the post and promoting. The load to perfect Judge Selection and Appointment System in China is heavy while the way of it is long, however, the target of judge professionalism and perfection will be realized at last through untiring effort of generations of people engaged in law.
